ADS Pet $50 Gift Card Lucky Draw - Terms & Condition

 

This  ADS Pet Store Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below “Terms & Conditions”.

Definitions within this promotion :

Promotion: means the ADS Pet monthly Gift Card Lucky Draw - governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

Promoter: means ADS Pet Store 

Who can enter? 

  1. Entry is available to residents of Australia who are aged 18 or older.
  2. Employees and immediate family of promoter or of the companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. 

How to Enter

  1. Entrants must follow ADS Pet Store social media account, e.g. Instagram, facebook or xiaohongshu (red book), etc.
  2. Entrants must share cutest and funniest photos of your fur-kid. 
  3. Winners will be drawn at 5:00pm every first Friday of the month 

The Prize 

1.The prize is a $50 ADS Pet Store gift card which is only redeemable for anynew purchase at ADS Pet Store.

2. There are 2 winners in each month.  

Terms & Conditions 

  1. Entry into the Promotion is free. Any costs associated with entering the Promotion including but not limited  associated internet or mobile phone charge are not the responsibility of the Promoter. 
  2. The total retail prize value is $50 (AUD) and valid within a year.
  3. The ADS Gift Card is offered by ADS Pet Store.
  4. The ADS Gift Card is available for use only by Australian residents over the age of 18. 
  5. The ADS Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash or other form of credit. All costs above the value of the gift card including any change or delivery fee are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Notification and claiming the prize. Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified using the contact details provided by Entrant.
  7. If the prize winner does not claim their prize within 7 days notification under clause 6, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will redraw for another winner.
  8. If the winner is invalid that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded to another entrant.
  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  10. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, disqualify any Eligible Entrant and declare any or all entries made by an Entrant invalid if Entrant/s:
  1. Tampers with the operation of the Promotion or web site or found to be using multiple aliases, household addresses or email addresses; or
  2. Tamper with the entry process, including use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permit the Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly; or

iii. Acts in a disruptive manner; or

  1. Fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction; or
  2. Fails to produce items as required or produces items that, in the Promoters opinion, are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
  3. Deems to be offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the competition; or

vii. Acts in violation of these Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

  1. If the entrant wins the prize for this month, the name will be removed from the next lucky draw list, unless a new photo is posted and completes all requirements.  

Social Media  

By posting content to social properties maintained by ADS Pet Store., its subsidiaries or agents (“ADSPet ”), utilizing hashtags related to PetPost social media topics (including but not limited to #ADSpet & competition specific hashtags), or addressing PetPost directly utilizing @ tags for accounts maintained by PetPost (including but not limited to @ads_pet_shop) you are granting ADS Pet Store permission to reshare your posted content and likeness in social channel postings on the social network of origin.
