Since Sep 2022, we are happy to announce that our local delivery service is now cover more Melbourne metro areas.
Please see below for SAME day delivery service for Melbourne Metro areas. This is only an approximate area for same day delivery.
If your are NOT in the same day delivery areas, ADS local delivery will be a great option for you.
What is Same Day Delivery?
*Same day delivery is a way of transportation to save and reduce waiting time.
At ADS, we offer free same day delivery for all orders over $49*.
If less than $49, the distribution fee $10 will be applied.
Same day delivery is available for orders placed by 12pm local time Monday- Saturday
*Available in Most of the Melbourne Metro areas
*Authority to leave will applied when use same day delivery (unless specific).
*Your order may be delivered in the next day due to high volume of order. You will receive an email or text message notification if this happens. We do apologize if your order delivery on the next day. We appreciate for your understanding and patient.
*Local Delivery is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays
Authority to Leave (ATL): Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by placing a short note, such as; 'Please leave order if not home', in the order comments section found on our checkout page.
We will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is borne by the customer.
A $10 re-delivery fee for order cancellation fee after failed delivery. Fee will apply when customers miss their delivery, such as incorrect address, miss the call from the driver, unable ATL (no reception, or mail room etc.) and other factors may cause a failure delivery.
From our Pet Shop to Your home
Get your pet essentials delivered convenient and quick from our shop to your home with our Same Day Delivery service for free (when order over $49). Simply place your order by 12pm and have your essentials delivered on the same day.

How Same Day Delivery works.
1.Shop online
Shop online and find the product you want.
2. Add your products to cart.
Add your favourite product in your shopping cart.
3. Check out your postcode and pay*
In your cart you can check your post code to find out whether you are in our local delivery area (ONLY FOR Melbourne Metro customers), once it's available you can select the best date for delivery.
*Please make sure that the products you choose are available and in stock in the delivery area, only in this way you can receive the goods you want buy.
2. E-mail confirmation
We will send an email to confirm your order, and once your order is picked up, we will send another email.
If the order is placed before 12pm, your order will be delivered to your chosen delivery address on the same day. If you place an order after 2pm on Saturday, your order will be delivered on the next Monday.
In order to comply with social distancing rules, our courier drivers will place your order in a safe place outside the address you choose.
3. How to track you order
Once your order is ready to delivery and picked up by our couriers. You will receive a text message and email notification. There is a tracking link inside of notification. You can click the link and tracking your order. In the tracking page, you will able to see where is the driver and estimate time to your address.
