If your are NOT in our same day delivery service areas, ADS local delivery will be a great option! ADS local delivery is free for orders over $79.

ADS local delivery is free for orders over $79.
If less than $79, the distribution fee $15 will be applied.
Free shipping will be available for most of metro areas for orders over $49.
You can choose the best option for your order.
*Authority to leave will applied when use same day delivery (unless specific).
*Your order may be delivered in the next day due to high volume of order. You will receive an email or text message notification if this happens. We do apologize if your order delivery on the next day. We would appreciate for your understanding and patient.
*ADS Local Delivery is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Authority to Leave (ATL): Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by placing a short note, such as; 'Please leave order if not home', in the order comments section found on our checkout page.
We will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is borne by the customer.
A $15 re-delivery fee for order cancellation fee after failed delivery. Fee will apply when customers miss their delivery, such as incorrect address, miss the call from the driver, unable ATL (no reception, or mail room etc.) and other factors may cause a failure delivery.
From our Pet Shop to Your home
Get your pet essentials delivered convenient and quick from our shop to your home with our Same Day Delivery service for free (when order over $79). Simply place your order and selected the available delivery time and your parcels will be delivered on selected delivery date (usually in 2 business days)!
How ADS Local Delivery works.
1.Shop online
Shop online and find the product you want.
2. Add your products to cart.
Add your favourite product in your shopping cart.
3. Check out your postcode and pay*
In your cart you can check your post code to find out whether you are in our ADS local delivery area (ONLY FOR Melbourne Metro customers), once it's available you can select the best date for delivery.
Please note: refer is only an example, delivery date could be vary depends on your areas. Same as below.
*Please make sure that the products you choose are available and in stock in the delivery area, only in this way you can receive the goods you want buy.
2. E-mail confirmation
We will send an email to confirm your order, and once your order is picked up, we will send another email.
In order to comply with social distancing rules, our courier drivers will place your order in a safe place outside the address you choose.
3. How to track you order
Once your order is ready to delivery and picked up by our couriers. You will receive a text message and email notification. There is a tracking link inside of notification. You can click the link and tracking your order. In the tracking page, you will able to see where is the driver and estimate time to your address.
