Do I have to create an account ?

Register an account is completely optional. When you register you consent and agree to receive marketing information, offers and special discounts form ADS Pet. Name, email address, address, telephone numbers, options on how you wish to receive updates and promotional materials and other information will be asked while you create an account. 

Benefit of having an online account:

  • View your saved online purchase history 
  • Update your personal and delivery information any time you like

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING or orders over $49 to selected metro areas* (Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and regional areas are excluded). Orders less than $49 attract a shipping fee of $7.95. Our standard shipping is sent via Australia Post* or Courier from our Melbourne warehouse. Your parcel is expected to be delivered 2-5* business days within Metro areas. Regional areas may take up to 7* business days.

*Delivery times may vary depending on location, couriers and public holidays.

*Shipping cost of Australia Post will depends on your order size and weight. 

The shipping cost for Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and regional areas will depends on the size and weight of your order. 

Free Standard Shipping

Free shipping will automatically apply on your cart upon reaching a value of $49 or more. Free shipping only applies to most major metropolitan areas. If your delivery address is not within our free shipping area, there will be a shipping cost based on your order size and weight.

 Authority to Leave (ATL):

Authority to Leave will apply to all home delivery orders. If you are not home while delivery, the couriers will leave in a safe place. 

Please note: If you do NOT want to Authority to leave for you order, place make a note on the cart page.

Something you may want to know before placing your order

We may reject your order.

ADS Pet Store retains the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, error in your order, or an error in the product description, error in price or purchasing item in a bulk quantity that ADS Pet Store may deem to be intended for commercial on-sale. ADS Pet Store will confirm your order within 2 business days of your order request.

You can cancel your order anytime.

You can cancel your order anytime via telephone 0481 349 394, via live chat or send us sales@gmail.com.au. If your cancellation request via email, please allow 48 hours (excluding non working days, i.e. weekends and public holidays) for the email to be processed and the order cancelled. Goods already shipped before a cancellation request is processed can be recalled/returned, however delivery/courier charges will not be refunded.

We are happy on delivering the best possible price for our lovely pet parents at ADS Pet Store. If you find a lower price for your pet's favourite items on any our competitor's current advertised price. You are welcome to click the button below to chat with us online. Best Price Terms & Conditions

-The everyday or promotional price of any identical products we have at ADS Pet Store

-The lower price is from an Australian physical or online competitor (i.e. '.com.au' domain)

-The competitor has the identical product in stock

-We are not able to match Repeat Delivery and subscription pricing

-Cash-back, gift vouchers and bundled offers

-Commercial quantities and pricing

-Liquidations, clearance and end of range stock

-Short-dated or damaged stock

-Products advertised on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites

-Freight or shipping costs are not included, only the display product price

-Prices lower than our cost price

-No further discounts or offer can be applied, when price match

ADS Pet Store reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for price match at its discretion.

Promotional terms & conditions

-For promotion Buy 1 Get 2nd item 50% OFF, buy 1 get the 2nd item of equal or lesser value marked as (Buy-1-Get-1-50%-OFF) at 50% off.

-Mix products are totally fine as long as items are included in the promotion.

-No price adjustments for the previous orders.

-Limited quantities available.  First come first served and only while supplies last. No rain checks.

There is a slight difference between in store and online pricing.

We are working hard to ensure our pricing is competitive whether at ADS Pet local store or online at adspet.com.au.

Product availability and  pricing of some products may vary between ADS Pet local store and adspet.com.au, due to varying customer offers. "Online only" offers may run adspet.com.au from time to time, this may vary from ADS Pet local store.

We currently do not offer repeat delivery. However, we are working hard to bring you the best price. We are working on it right now!

What happens if there is a item in my order out of stock?

If there is a item in your order is out of stock. We will send you an email or message to notify you. We will recommend an alternative product or similar product within email or message. If we do not receive your reply within 1-2 business days. We will make a refund of the missing item. If there is no alternative products, we will make a refund. We will send you an email or message, if there is an item out of stock.

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
