For every dollar you spent, you will earn 1 point. So $1=1 point
How do I redeem my reward voucher?
You can check your points on Reward Program which located in the bottom left corner of our website. You can redeem your points to voucher inside. Once you redeem your points, a code will be generated and ready for your next order. This is no expire date for vouchers.

Just place your order with us! Things you may want to know before missing any points
- Login to your account before placing your order
- Tell our friendly staffs you are a member when shop in-store, our friendly staffs will also ask you
- We will automatically apply the discount to your account, so there is no need to remember your voucher code
- If you place an order without login, feel free to contact us via live chat or email. We are happy to help you add your points to your account
Can I add my points to my account, if I forgot to log in?
Absolutely! To add the missing points from your previous order, you can send your order number and your account details to info@adspet.com.au or via live chat, or give us a call on 0481 349 394.
