Delivery is available in Melbourne Metro, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, Surf Coast, Yarra Valley, Ballarat, Bendigo, Gippsland, Mansfield, Echuca and Shepparton.
(Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver frozen items interstate right now.)

For Frozen & Fresh Products We do NOT accept change of mind after your order has been dispatched.
If there is any problem with your order. Please take a photos and send us an email once you received your order. Please contract us within 24 hours upon receiving your order. Any complaint after 24 hours, my affect any replacement of your order.
If you are requesting a Refund, you will need to return the products in unopened and original condition with packaging within 24 hours (preishable). If you are requesting a replacement you will need to send us an email with photos/video on the same day of receiving your parcel.
Customers will pay for the Refrigerated Freight if you are requesting a refund or return products unless our behalf of mistaken.
Important Notice Regarding Frozen Raw Food Delivery
Please note that all frozen raw food deliveries are transported under chilled cold-chain conditions (0–5°C) rather than deep-freeze conditions (-18°C). Cold-chain delivery vehicles are designed to maintain safe, controlled low temperatures suitable for raw food transport, particularly during warmer weather.
As a result, during chilled delivery, products may begin to soften slightly or partially thaw, especially around the outer edges. This can sometimes cause the food to feel softer than expected or show moisture when pressure is applied, even though it has remained within food-safe temperature ranges at all times.
Importantly, because the product is continuously kept in a controlled low-temperature environment, it remains safe for consumption. Upon receipt, customers may place the patties directly back into the freezer to re-freeze without any safety concerns.
