We also offer Australia Post shipping to most locations across Australia, including PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect addresses.

- Orders under $69 will incur a shipping fee automatically calculated by Australia Post based on the total weight of your order and delivery location
Orders Over 5kg
- Shipping fees will be automatically calculated by Australia Post based on the total parcel weight, dimensions, and destination
- For orders over $250, we can offer free Australia Post shipping
Important: If your order is being delivered to a PO Box, Parcel Locker, or Parcel Collect address, you must select Australia Post as your shipping method at checkout.

Shipping to Western Australia (WA)
- Selected WA metro areas: $15 shipping fee
- Orders under $79: $15 shipping fee
- For other WA regions, as well as NT, TAS, and regional areas, shipping via Australia Post is calculated automatically based on parcel weight and size
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All home delivery orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location.
If you do not want ATL, please leave a note on the cart page before checkout.
Important Note on Freight Costs
Due to rising freight costs, some heavy or oversized products may no longer be eligible for free shipping. We are working hard to bring back free shipping for more items wherever possible and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

When can I get free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69 to selected metro areas via Couriers Please. We also offer free Australia Post shipping for orders over $69 when the parcel weight is under 5kg. For parcels over 5kg, free Australia Post shipping is available when the order total is over $250.
Which courier will deliver my order?
Metro orders are usually delivered via Couriers Please from our Melbourne warehouse. Australia Post is used for PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, regional areas, and most interstate deliveries.
Can you deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes. Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect addresses is available via Australia Post. Please make sure you select Australia Post as the shipping method at checkout.
Why is shipping not free for my order?
Shipping costs may apply if your order total is below $69, if the parcel weight exceeds 5kg, or if your delivery address is outside selected metro areas. Heavy or oversized products may also incur additional freight charges.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for metro areas and up to 7 business days for regional areas. Delivery time may vary depending on courier capacity and public holidays.
What is Authority to Leave (ATL)?
Authority to Leave (ATL) means the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location if no one is available to receive the delivery. If you prefer signature on delivery, please leave a note on the cart page before checkout.
Do all products qualify for free shipping?
Some heavy or oversized items may not qualify for free shipping due to freight limitations. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout where applicable.
