Standard Shipping
- Dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse via Couriers Please
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $49 to selected metro areas* (excludes WA, NT, TAS, and regional areas)
- Orders under $49 incur a flat $8.50 shipping fee
- You may also select Australia Post or StarTrack at checkout if preferred
Note: For deliveries to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes, you must select Australia Post as your shipping method.
Australia Post Shipping
- Free shipping for orders over $49 and under 5KG, Australia-wide
- Orders over 5KG will incur a shipping fee based on the parcel’s weight and size
- Available for all addresses, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days*
- Regional areas: Up to 7 business days*

Shipping to Western Australia (WA)
- Selected WA metro areas: Orders over $49 – $10 shipping fee
- Orders under $49 – $15 shipping fee
- For other WA regions, as well as NT, TAS, and regional areas, shipping via Australia Post is calculated based on parcel weight and size
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All home delivery orders will be delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. If no one is home, couriers will leave your parcel in a safe location.
