Storage & Handling
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the fridge, or stand the sealed portion in lukewarm water for 15–30 minutes — never cook it. These recipes contain crushed real bone, which can splinter if cooked, so always serve raw.
Once thawed, store in a sealed, airtight container in the fridge and use within 2–3 days. Do not refreeze. Wash all utensils and surfaces after handling, and discard any product that no longer looks or smells fresh, or if the packaging has ballooned.
