What is Same Day Delivery?

*Same day delivery is a way of transportation to save and reduce waiting time.

 

At ADS, we offer free same day delivery for all orders over $49.

If less than $49, the distribution fee from $10 will be paid.

Order by 12pm noon local time Tuesday-Saturday, and Sunday order by 9am （FOR Melbourne metro same day delivery）

*Authority to leave will applied when use same day delivery

Authority to Leave (ATL): Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by placing a short note, such as; 'Please leave order if not home', in the order comments section found on our checkout page.

We will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is borne by the customer.

 

*Local Delivery is not available on Public Holidays

A $10 re-delivery fee or a ororder cancellation fee after failed delivery. Fee will apply when customers miss their delivery, such as incorrect address, miss the call from the driver, unable ATL (no reception, or mail room etc.) and other factors may cause a failure delivery.

 

 

 

From our Pet Shop to Your home

Get your pet essentials delivered convenient and quick from our shop to your home with our Same Day Delivery service for free (when order over $49). Simply place your order by 12PM noon local time and have your essentials delivered that same day.

 

 

 

How Same Day Delivery works.

1.Shop online

 Shop online and find the product you want.

 

 Add your products to cart.

In your cart you can check your post code to find out if you are in our local delivery area (ONLY FOR VICTORIA customers), once it's availabe you can also select a best date for delivery.  Same Day Delivery as your shipping option.
 Checkout and pay*. 

*Please make sure that the products you choose are available and and in stock in the delivery area,only in this way you can receive the goods you want by Same Day Delivery.

 

2.E-mail confirmation

We will send an email to confirm your order, and once your order is picked up, we will send another email.

If the order is sent before 12pm Mon-Sat, your order will be delivered to your chosen delivery address on the same day.

In order to comply with social distancing rules, our courier drivers will place your order in a safe place outside the address you choose.
