Hi everyone! Whether you're a long-time friend or someone new discovering us, we’re so happy you’re here. This is our very first blog post, and we wanted to take a moment to tell you a little more about who we are, why we started this journey, and how much we appreciate your continued support.

Our Story Begins in 2017

We started ADS Pet Store back in 2017, right here in Moorabbin, Melbourne. In the beginning, we operated exclusively online, offering local deliveries and shipping pet supplies across Australia. We had one simple goal: to help pet parents like you find the right food and products for your furry (and feathered!) companions.

As we grew, we realized that many of our customers wanted to see and touch the products in person. So, in 2019, we opened our warehouse doors to the public. This meant you could now shop in-store, ask questions face-to-face, and leave with everything your pets need—conveniently and locally.

Our mission has always been simple and heartfelt: we want to make sure every pet can live a happy and healthy life. Whether it’s a playful kitten, a senior dog, or a small critter with unique needs, we believe every animal deserves love, care, and the best nutrition possible.
