We offer standard refrigerated FROZEN freight for our fresh rolls & frozen raw products for Melbourne Metro area, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, Surf Coast, Yarra Valley, Ballarat, Bendigo, and Gippsland area.

(Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver frozen items interstate right now.)

 

How to check if you’re eligible for frozen food delivery:

You can easily enter your postcode under the "Check Delivery" section on the product page to find out if your suburb is eligible for frozen delivery.

We offer Same Day Local Delivery. This service is only available in selected Melbourne metro areas.  

For customers within our local delivery areas, there are two options for delivery. But if you're not in our local delivery areas, you can selsect refrigerated shipping

Refrigerated Freight time frame for Melbourne customers:
Refrigerated freight typically takes 1-2 business days to dispatch orders. Delivery will then take an additional 2-4 business days.

Once your order be dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Once your order been pick up, you will received any confirmation email.

For Frozen products:

We do NOT accept change of mind after your order has been dispatched.

If there is any problem with your order. Please take a photos and send us an email info@adspet.com.au, once you received your order.  Please contract us within 24 hours upon receiving your order. Any complaint after 24 hours, my affect any replacement of your order. 

If you are requesting a Refund, you will need to return the products in unopened and original condition with packaging within 24 hours (preishable). If you are requesting a replacement you will need to send us an email with photos/video on the same day of receiving your parcel. 

Customers will pay for the Refrigerated Freight if you are requesting a refund or return products unless our behalf of mistaken.
