ADS Pet Store Reward Program Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on the ADS Pet Store website, joining our Reward Program, using any membership benefits, earning reward points, or redeeming rewards, you agree to be bound by these Reward Program Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

To become a member of the ADS Pet Store Reward Program, you must:

  • Be an individual aged 18 years or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Have a valid Australian residential address.
  • Create an account on the ADS Pet Store website, sign up in-store, or provide your details over the phone.

Membership is free and there are no fees associated with joining or participating in the Reward Program.

Membership is personal to the account holder, non-transferable, and may not be shared with another person. Members may only hold one active Reward Program account.

2. Earning Reward Points

Members earn reward points on eligible purchases made online and in-store.

$1 Spent = 1 Reward Point

Additional bonus points may be awarded through promotional activities, birthday rewards, social media engagement, product reviews, special events, Double Points promotions, or other marketing campaigns as determined by ADS Pet Store.

Reward points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for store credit outside of the Reward Program.

Points will generally be added to your account automatically after an eligible purchase has been completed.

3. Reward Point Expiry

Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Any unused points that remain in your account after 12 months will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance.

ADS Pet Store may, at its sole discretion, extend, reinstate, or remove expired points during promotional campaigns or special circumstances.

4. Redeeming Reward Points

Reward points can be viewed and redeemed directly from your Account Profile in the Rewards section.

The current redemption options are:

3000 $50 Voucher $299

Reward vouchers must be redeemed through your Rewards account before use.

Voucher values, point requirements, and minimum spend requirements may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5. Voucher Conditions

  • Reward vouchers are valid for future purchases only.
  • Reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Reward vouchers are non-transferable.
  • Reward vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
  • Only one reward voucher may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
  • Reward vouchers may not be used in conjunction with selected promotions, clearance products, or special offers where specified.
  • If an order is refunded, any reward voucher used may not be reinstated.

6. Missing Points Claims

If you believe points have not been correctly added to your account, please contact ADS Pet Store within 30 days of your purchase.

Proof of purchase may be required before missing points can be manually added.

ADS Pet Store reserves the right to refuse claims where sufficient evidence cannot be provided.

7. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including their name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.

You must notify ADS Pet Store if your details change.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.

8. Marketing Communications

By joining the Reward Program, you agree to receive marketing communications, promotional offers, product updates, and Reward Program notifications from ADS Pet Store.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not automatically remove you from the Reward Program.

9. Fraud, Abuse & Account Termination

ADS Pet Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership account if we reasonably believe:

  • Fraudulent activity has occurred.
  • Multiple accounts have been created by the same person.
  • The Reward Program has been abused or manipulated.
  • These Terms & Conditions have been breached.

Upon termination of membership, any unused points and reward vouchers may be forfeited without compensation.

10. Program Changes

ADS Pet Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Reward Program, point earning rates, voucher values, redemption requirements, eligible products, member benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the ADS Pet Store website unless otherwise stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ADS Pet Store will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Reward Program, including but not limited to technical issues, delayed point allocations, expired points, or changes to the program structure.
