❄️ Product Notice – DOG YOG Ice Cream

DOG YOG is a frozen ice cream product.
As with all ice creams (just like those made for humans), it may soften or partially melt during delivery, especially in warm weather.

Please note the following:

• This product is packed with ice packs to help maintain temperature during transit. However, some softening or melting is normal and expected.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order on the delivery day.

• Upon arrival, place the product into the freezer immediately.

• If the ice cream arrives slightly soft, this does not affect the quality or safety of the product. It can be safely refrozen.

• We recommend this product for local delivery or in-store pickup where possible to minimise time in transit.

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and accept the nature of frozen goods during delivery.
